  1. What is the Biji app?
    Anwser Biji is a loyalty program that rewards you when you spend at Foremula. For every RM30 spent, you will be rewarded with half a cup’s worth of points. Once your cup is full, you can enjoy a special discount on your next bill.
  2. Who can use the Biji app?
    Anwser Anybody who wants to try something special at Foremula! You can download the Biji app for free from Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store.
  3. What does the cup do?
    Anwser The cup is your redemption cycle. Every RM30 spent in Foremula will fill up half of your cup. Once your cup is full, you will be entitled to a ticket.
  4. Can I collect more than one (1) ticket in my “Tickets”?
    Anwser Yes.
  5. What are tickets?
    Anwser Upon redemption of an item, a ticket will be issued to your account. This ticket will contain a QR code that can be used to claim a reward or discount. To claim it, present the ticket at the counter. Once the QR code has been scanned, the reward or discount will be presented either immediately or within the period stated in the item description.
  6. How do I redeem tickets?
    Anwser Click on the “Explore” tab. From the categories, select the item(s) that you would like to redeem. Then, add the item(s) into your cart. To redeem the item(s), simply tap on the “Checkout” button. If the transaction cannot be processed, check if the points required for the redemption exceed your current number of points. After checkout, you will receive a ticket for the item (under your “Tickets” tab).
  7. What does “ticket will expire 14 days after redemption” mean?
    Anwser Upon redeeming an item, a ticket will be issued to you (under your “Tickets” tab).Then, present your ticket at the counter to claim your item. Tickets must be used within 14 days after redemption and will expire if unused.
  8. When can I use the app?
    Anwser You may use the app at any time, as long as you are connected to the Internet.
  9. When can I redeem a ticket?
    Anwser You may only redeem your ticket one (1) day after you have received said ticket (when the cafe opens the next day).
  10. How do I view what I have redeemed?
    Anwser To view your ticket history, go to the “Tickets” tab and tap on “Ticket History”. This section should display all the redemptions you have made while using your account.
  11. How do I change my profile details?
    Anwser To change your profile details, go to the “Profile” tab. You will be able to change the following:
    1. Profile Photo
      Just click on the plus button on the default profile photo and upload your desired photo. Any inappropriate photos will be removed by the admin.
    2. Display Name
    3. Email Address
    4. Contact Number
    5. Password
    However, you will not be able to edit your Date of Birth once you have keyed it in upon your first input.
